Orders may be prepaid in full, or charged to a major credit card. For orders within the 50 US states, packing Slips will accompany the shipment and invoices will be sent in the mail separately. International orders will have the invoice included in the shipment.

All shipping terms are F.O.B., Valencia, California.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any product for any reason within thirty days of purchase and receive a merchandise credit. All returns must have prior authorization from The Flying Basset® and the for returns must be prepaid and are subject to a re-stocking charge of 15%.
